Youth In Transition (YIT)	Youth in Transition (YIT) is a non-profit, 501(c)3 agency designed to serve Albuquerque's most needy, neglected, and homeless youth, aged 15-24 (though we have helped those on the streets as young as 12). We provide case management, crisis-intervention, and advocacy services in an outreach capacity. We are seeking donations of bottled water, non-perishable snacks, blankets, and socks as well as cash donations for clientele specific needs and operating expenses.
