The Pentagon Of Peace,

Ray McGovern is a retired CIA officer turned political activist who regularly briefed seven U.S. presidents. He now critiques the CIA's role in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. [ www.antiwar.com/mcgovern ]

Ann Wright is a retired 29-year U.S. Army colonel and a former U.S. diplomat who resigned in 2003 in opposition to the war in Iraq. Her military assignments included: Nicaragua, Grenada, Somalia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Sierra Leone, Micronesia, and Mongolia. David Swanson is the creator of ImpeachCheney.org, the Washington director of Democrats.com, co-founder of the AfterDowningStreet.org coalition, and a board member of Progressive Democrats of America, the Backbone Campaign, and Voters for Peace. Elliott Adams, the previous national president of Veterans for Peace, was a paratrooper in the infantry in Vietnam, Japan, Korea, and Alaska and is a past two-term mayor. In his struggle to end war; Adams has testified before the U.S. Congressional Judiciary Committee and has been arrested for civil disobedience. [ www.veteransforpeace.org ]
