60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights program development ideas wanted	60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights program development ideas wanted The board of directors and members of the Albuquerque Chapter of the United Nations Association USA would like to recognize the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. WE want to join others with similar plans or work with others to develop a program or more than one program in the first half of December 2008.
